1. Promoter

Kingdom, W1W 6XH (“Promoter”).

2. Promotion Period

The promotion opens at 07 September 2026 at
09:00 GMT and closes at 13 September 2026 at 23:59 GMT
(“Closing Date”).

Entries received after the Closing Date will
not be valid.

3. Eligibility

Unless otherwise stated in the
territory-specific provisions below, the promotion is open to residents of the
participating territories who are 18 years of age or older at the time
of entry.

Employees of the Promoter, its associated
companies, agents, professional advisers, and anyone professionally connected
with the promotion, together with their immediate families, are not eligible to
enter.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the
eligibility of any entrant and to disqualify any entrant who does not meet
these Terms & Conditions.

4. How to Enter

To enter via Instagram, entrants must, during
the Promotion Period:

1. Like the promotional Instagram post;
   
2. Follow @bedby10events; and
   
3. Share the post to your story

No purchase is necessary to enter.

Only entries meeting all three requirements
will be considered valid.

Unless otherwise specified, each person may
enter once. Duplicate, automated, fraudulent or otherwise illegitimate entries
may be disqualified.

5. Prize

There is one grand prize consisting of
a spa weekend for two people (1 nights stay and a spa treatment of the winners
choice), with a maximum total value of £500. Plus 2 tickets to a Bed By
10pm event of the winners choice

The prize includes the spa weekend only and does
not include travel, transport, meals or drinks (unless expressly included by
the selected spa), personal expenses, insurance, additional treatments,
upgrades or any other expenses.

The prize is subject to the availability and
booking terms of the relevant spa. The Promoter will arrange the prize with the
winner and/or the applicable prize provider.

The prize must be accepted as awarded and is
non-transferable and non-refundable. There is no cash alternative.

If the actual cost of the selected spa weekend
is less than £500, no difference will be payable to the winner.

The Promoter reserves the right, where
reasonably necessary, to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater
value.

6. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected at random from all
eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The draw will take place on 14 September
2026 using a random selection process designed to ensure that the winner is
selected fairly.

The Promoter will retain appropriate evidence
of the winner-selection process.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted by direct message
from @bedby10events within 7 days of the draw.

The winner must respond within 3 days
of the notification.

The Promoter may require the winner to provide
reasonable evidence of eligibility, including age and territory of residence.

If the winner does not respond within the
stated period, cannot be verified, or is otherwise ineligible, the Promoter
reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random.

The Promoter will never ask a winner to make a
payment in order to claim the prize.

8. Instagram

This promotion is in no way sponsored,
endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

By entering this promotion, entrants release
Instagram from any responsibility or liability arising from or relating to the
promotion.

Entrants acknowledge that they are providing
their information to the Promoter and not to Instagram.

9. Conduct and Validity of Entries

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that:

• contains unlawful, offensive, defamatory or inappropriate material;
• infringes another person's intellectual property or other rights;
• is fraudulent, automated or submitted using technical means intended to manipulate the promotion;
• breaches Instagram's terms or community standards; or
• otherwise does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

The Promoter will not be responsible for
entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, incomplete or otherwise unable to be
processed for technical reasons.

10. Publicity

Subject to applicable law, the Promoter may
publish the winner's name, social media handle and/or general territory of
residence for the purpose of administering and publicising the promotion.

The Promoter will not use the winner's
personal information for unrelated marketing purposes without an appropriate
lawful basis or consent where required.

11. Personal Data

Personal data supplied in connection with the
promotion will be processed by the Promoter for the purposes of administering
the promotion, verifying entries and awarding the prize, in accordance with the
Promoter's applicable privacy notice.

12. Territory-Specific Provisions

England,
Scotland and Wales

The promotion is open to residents of England,
Scotland and Wales aged 18 or over.

The promotion will be administered fairly and
in accordance with applicable UK promotional marketing requirements.

The Promoter will retain evidence that the
prize has been awarded to the selected valid winner.

No entrant is required to tag themselves or
another person in a photograph or other content in which they do not appear.

Northern Ireland

The promotion is open to residents of Northern
Ireland aged 18 or over.

The promotion will be administered in
accordance with applicable Northern Irish law and these Terms & Conditions.

The Promoter will contact the selected winner
only through @bedby10events Entrants should be alert to fraudulent
accounts or messages requesting payment or financial information.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the
Promoter will not be responsible for any loss, damage or disappointment arising
from participation in the promotion or acceptance of the prize, except where
such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions
excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

14. Changes to the Promotion

The Promoter will not amend these Terms &
Conditions during the Promotion Period except where reasonably necessary due to
circumstances outside its reasonable control or where required by law.

Any material amendment will be communicated to
entrants as required by applicable law.

15. Governing Law

For entrants in each territory, the promotion
is subject to the mandatory laws applicable in that territory.

For UK entrants, these Terms & Conditions
are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except to the extent that
mandatory local laws in Scotland or Northern Ireland apply.
